Will my letter get to my child or grandchild by Christmas?
Yes, we guarantee Your child’s letter will arrive in time for Christmas if ordered by the cutoff date of December 15.
Is this an official letter from Santa?
Our letters are the real deal! Printed on one of a kind fine linen paper with Santa’s official seal embossed, your child or grandchild will have no doubt this is right from the desk of the big man himself.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, we understand that you may want to share this special gift across multiple households and give you the option right at checkout to ship to multiple addresses.
When will my pre-order ship?
All preorders will be shipped in November using the shipment method specified.
When will my order ship?
Each letter is custom printed and the package is hand packed, so please allow 3 business days for orders to be processed.
What is included in my purchase?
In every letter package from Santa Your child will receive their personalized official letter from Santa, a special map showing the route Santa will take from the North Pole to their home, an official copy showing their name, as well as the name of a friend (must fill out on form) on Santa’s Nice list and a special Nice List Certificate, for the child to proudly display. All sent in a decorative Santa envelope mailed directly from the North Pole.
If you want even more Christmas magic you can select the Gold Christmas Package, which includes everything above as well as a door hanger with a special message for Santa, window sticker to proudly display for Santa, a magical mix of reindeer food made by Mrs. Claus herself and a package of magic snow which makes you feel like you are in the North Pole.
Finally, for those that want to share the ultimate in Christmas cheer, our Christmas Eve Package, comes with a collectible plate and mug for your child or grandchild to leave cookies and milk on Christmas Eve, along with a magical bell right from Santa’s suit.
Does Santa’s Letter Factory work with any charities?
Yes, we believe that all children should share in the magic of Christmas regardless of their financial situation, that is why a portion of our net profits go to the Toys for Tots charitable organization, helping provide Christmas toys for underprivileged children nationwide.
Where will the letters be postmarked from?
All of our letters and packages will be postmarked from our address: 580 South Santa Claus Lane, North Pole, AK 99705.
Is there a limit on how many letter packages I can purchase?
No, we want every child to enjoy the magic of Christmas, therefore we do not place any restrictions on how many letter packages can be purchased.
What are the texts from Santa?
Texts from Santa allow for you to subscribe a mobile number for daily updates regarding Christmas preparations! Your child can receive pictures of the Elves and Santa getting ready to make the special deliveries. You can also upload a picture so that your child can receive a selfie taken by Santa delivering all those presents in their living room.
